The first bridge to be built to link the island of Anglesey to the Welsh mainland (there is a second more recent one). Driving over the bridge one late afternoon I had to capture the glow of the sun on the marble facing, the chains adding drama. It was a challenge getting to the middle of the road on foot, with rush-hour traffic streaming past, then waiting for a break in it. The photograph was pleasing enough, but to make it special I gave it the 'Chroma' treatment to lift it out of the ordinary. This is the first of a set of three, the others to follow soon...
