Often we, human beings, are left alone with their problems, lack of confidence in ourselves and in the future. Sometimes we are not lucky or the tragic events completely change our life. But, fortunately, a little light of hope shines for many of us so that we notice it in the daily bustle. It helps us to choose the right road. My clown symbolizes a person who is in a difficult situation. The lantern near him is the light of hope. I work with oil colors on canvas. I use palette knives and brushes. Oil painter Elin Bogomolnik.

Through this picture I tried to convey my feelings that arise when I think about holiday, about magic and fun. It seems these two clowns are inviting us to visit one of the Italian carnival. Opening the curtain, they captivate visitors to enter with them into the world of fun, music, dancing and tricks. I used the contrast of colors: deep dark tones and brighter light colors in order to emphasize the charm of the Italian carnival. I work with oil colors on canvas. I use palette knives and brushes. Oil painter Elin Bogomolnik.
